Summary: Applications are invited from suitable Indian citizens for one temporary position of Project Technical Support – III to work under the ICMR/MAHA MedTech-funded project titled “An AI-Integrated Ultrasensitive Nanopore Sensing System for Non-invasive Early Detection of Cervical Cancer” at IndZita Biotech Pvt. Ltd. (a startup incubated at BRIC-RGCB), Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

AI-Integrated Ultrasensitive Nanopore Sensing Systems, Non-invasive Early Detection of Cervical Cancer, Digital Signal Processing, and Machine Learning/Deep Learning.

Location

IndZita Biotech Pvt. Ltd. (Startup incubated at BRIC-RGCB), Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (BRIC-RGCB), Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

Eligibility / Qualification

  • Essential Qualifications: BCA, B.Tech Computer Science, Electrical and Communication Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
    • Strong proficiency in Python and digital signal processing libraries (NumPy, SciPy).
    • Hands-on experience with single-board computers (Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson, or similar).
    • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
  • Age Limit: Below 35 years as of 14th October 2026. Age relaxation will be given as per Govt. of India norms.

Job Description

  • Develop real-time signal pre-processing pipelines (filtering, baseline drift correction, and noise reduction) for raw sensor inputs.
  • Build, train, and validate RNN/LSTM/Transformer models for real-time signal classification and feature extraction.
  • Optimize ML models for low-latency local edge execution on the onboard compute device.

Additional Details

  • Emolument: ₹ 28,000/- + 20% HRA per month.
  • Duration: Initially for a period of one year or till termination of the project, whichever is earlier, and extendable based on performance evaluation.
