The International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB), New Delhi, is recruiting for a Project Associate I position under a Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt. of India funded Biofoundry project. This project focuses on AI-ML-guided strain engineering of Yeast and E. coli.

Eligibility/Qualification

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. or M.Tech in Biotechnology or a related field.

Job Description

• Executing molecular biology and biochemical experiments related to the development of genetically engineered yeast strains.
• Bioprocess development of engineered yeast strains for product formation.
• Tenure: Initially for 6 months, extendable subject to the candidate’s performance.
• Salary: Rs. 31,000 per month + HRA.
