Summary
The Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) Mumbai Marathwada Campus, Jalna invites applications for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under a DBT-sponsored research project titled “Conductive free-standing soft biopolymer for bioelectronic devices”. The position is temporary and initially tenable for one year, with a possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance up to the duration of the project (2 years).

Eligibility / Qualification
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in chemistry with a consistently good academic record.
- National Exam Qualification: The candidate must have qualified GATE / CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship) / SET / ICT Ph.D. entrance exam in Chemistry.
- Age Limit: Should not exceed 35 years as on 15th October 2026, with usual relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, and differently-abled candidates.
Job Description
Synthesis of biopolymer, sample preparation, characterizations, and device fabrications.
Fellowship & Remuneration
INR 37,000 + HRA per month.
