Eligibility / Qualification
- Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Botany / Environmental Sciences / Agricultural Sciences or equivalent degree with NET and First Class in M.Sc.
- Desirable Skills: Preference will be given to candidates having research experience.
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 1 April, 2026.
Job Description
The selected candidate will work on the CSTUP sponsored project titled “To Investigate the Role of Biochar Bag for Regulating Xenobiotic Contamination in Wastewater” (Sanction Order No.— CST/EnV./D-1002, project id: 6764, BHU Project code: P-26/0171). The tenure of the appointment is linked to the project duration of 3 years and will be governed by the funding agency CST UP guidelines and service conditions of BHU, Varanasi.
Assistanship: Rs. 25,000/- per month for the first 2 years and Rs. 28,000/- per month for the 3rd year.
