Job Description & Project Objectives
The selected candidates will work on the research project “SecStand: Security and Standardization of 6G Systems”. The primary objective of this project is to investigate broader security concerns of 6th generation (6G) telecom networks and design comprehensive technical solutions to effectively address those security challenges.
Eligibility & Qualification Criteria
Essential Qualifications:
Applicants must meet any one of the following educational criteria:
- M.Tech. / M.S. / M.Phil. or equivalent qualification in Computer Science and Engineering or an appropriate discipline.
- OR B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Sc. / M.C.A. / LLM / CA / CMA / CS / MBA / Professional qualification or equivalent in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience.
- OR B.C.A. / B.Sc. / B.A. / B.Com. / B.B.A. / LLB or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 06 years of post-qualification experience in Teaching / Research / Industrial / Design and Development / IT / Administration in an organization or industry of repute.
Academic Percentage Requirements:
- Minimum 60% or equivalent grade from graduation onwards.
- Minimum 55% or equivalent grade in Class 10th and 12th.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Computer Networks and Wireless Communications.
- Hands-on working knowledge with Linux Systems.
- Preference will be given to candidates willing to pursue a Ph.D. at IIT Gandhinagar.
