Position Details & Eligibility Criteria
1. Junior Research Fellow (Professional) – Research
- Project Title: Phase-field modeling of hydrogen segregation in polycrystalline iron (RP492)
- Principal Investigator (PI): Miral Verma
- Department: School of Minerals Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
- Consolidated Compensation: Up to Rs. 37,000 + HRA @ 20% (depending upon qualification & experience)
- Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in professional courses. Desirable streams: Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing/Production Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, Computer Science, or related areas. Minimum 65% marks (or 6.5 CGPA) obtained in the qualifying exam and NET/GATE qualified.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience with Coding, Phase-Field Simulation, or Molecular Dynamics will be helpful.
