Eligibility / Qualification

  • Essential Qualification: M.Tech. in Food Engineering and Technology / Food Science and Technology / Food Biotechnology / Bioprocess Technology.
  • Desirable Qualification: Outstanding candidate with experience in extraction, purification, and characterization will be preferred.

Job Description

The selected Junior Research Fellow (JRF) will work on the research project titled “GREEN Pectin from Agro Waste: A sustainable process” under the guidance of Principal Investigator Prof. U.S. Annapure and Co-Investigators Dr. R.B. Waghmare and Dr. R. F. Chavan.

  • Duration: 2 years
  • Emoluments: Rs. 36,000/- per month (inclusive of all)
  • Ph.D. Opportunity: The selected candidate will be entitled to register for Ph.D. as per ICT norms under the guidance of Prof. U.S. Annapure.
