Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under a research project sponsored by Dow Chemical International Pvt Ltd. The selected candidate will work on chemical recycling and upcycling technologies under the guidance of Professor S. T. Mhaske.

Eligibility/Qualification

  • Educational Qualification: M. Tech. in Polymer Engineering & Technology.
  • Mandatory Requirement: Must have cleared the Ph.D. entrance test of ICT, Mumbai in the relevant subject area.

Job Description

The candidate will be working on a sponsored research project funded by Dow Chemical International Pvt Ltd under Principal Investigator Professor S. T. Mhaske.

  • Tenure: Initial appointment is for one year, which may be extended based on performance for subsequent periods. All appointments will terminate with the end of the project.
  • Remuneration / Fellowship:
    • JRF: Rs. 35,000/- per month (consolidated)
    • SRF: Rs. 42,000/- per month (consolidated)
  • Selection Process: Selection will be based on an interview conducted by a committee on 26th October, 2026 at 02:00 PM. The decision/recommendation of the committee will be final.
