Eligibility / Qualification
- Citizenship: Indian Citizens only.
- Academic Standard: Good academic record with 75% & above marks (or ≥ 7.5 CGPA) from AICTE/UGC approved Colleges/Universities.
- Age Limit: Below 28 years as on 14th November 2026.
- Referral Letter: Must possess a recent referral/sponsorship letter from their respective college/university.

Job Description
- Duration: Minimum period of 06 months (starting 01st January 2027).
- Stipend: Fixed stipend of Rs. 5000/- per month. Paid in two equal installments of Rs. 15,000/- (after completion of 03 months and 06 months).
- Deliverables: Interns must submit a progress report after 03 months and a full project report after 06 months/completion. A completion certificate will be issued upon successful submission of the report.
- Accommodation/TA: No boarding, lodging, or TA/DA expenses are provided by DRDO/DRDE.
- Regulations: Candidates must sign an undertaking for adherence to the Indian Official Secrets Act, 1923, and IT Rules/Regulations of the Ministry of Defence. Electronic items (smartphones, laptops, pen drives, etc.) are strictly prohibited inside the DRDE Gwalior campus.
