Location: BRIC-Institute of Life Sciences (BRIC-ILS), Bhubaneswar
Upper Age Limit: 30 years

Eligibility & Qualification

Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Natural/Agricultural Sciences, MVSc, or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Medicine (with variations for specific disciplines), along with at least 2 years of post-Master’s research experience. Qualification in national exams such as CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, or DBT/DST tests.
Desirable Experience: Experience in NGS data analysis (RNAseq, Single cell data) with some experience in handling wet lab experiments.

Remuneration

With National-Level Qualification: ₹35,000/- per month + 18% HRA
Without National-Level Qualification: ₹28,000/- per month + HRA

Job Description

The selected candidate will work on the ICMR project titled “Role of Nuclear Receptor Co-repressor 1 (NCoR1) in Mycobacterium tuberculosis pathogenesis”. The position is purely temporary and coterminous with the project duration. Selection will be carried out through initial application screening, followed by an interview process. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, and all communication will take place via e-mail.
